History
This is a 45 year old man with multiple facial cysts.
Clinical Findings
 |
The patient had a several month history of nodules and cysts on the cheek. This photo was taken intraoperatively by the surgeon. |
Microscopic Findings
 |
Sections show numerous dermal cysts extending deeply into the dermis. Focal connection to the epidermis is noted in other sections not shown. | |||

The epidermal cysts are lined by keratinizing epithelium surrounding laminated keratin. | |||
