This is a 45 year old woman with an enlarged spleen.

Microscopic Findings

			Sections of spleen show a multiple nodules surrounded by areas of hyalinzed collagen.
	Figure 1

			The nodules have an angiomatoiod appearance with numerous extravasated red blood cells.
	Figure 2

			The vascular slit-like spaces are occasionally lined by plump endothelial cells.
	Figure 3

			Nuclear atypia is minimal.
